How
it works: 1. Just let us know which positions you have open
by emailing your job descriptions to us, or giving us a call. 2.
We do an extensive phone/personal interview with every candidate to ensure that
he/she is the right fit. 3. Once the candidate passes our
initial phone/personal screen we present the resume to you. 4.
Every resume we present to you will have the past & expected salary range, current
location, education & experience details. 5. We also include
our special comments & reasons of why we think the candidate is suitable for your
position. This shall save your time reviewing & shortlisting. 6.
Once you review the candidates' resume, you simply provide feedback to us and
whether you would like to schedule an in-person interview or phone interview first.
7. We will schedule all the phone or in-person interviews
you need to assist you in making the hiring decision.
8. Most of our searches are contingent.
We only earn our fee if you decide to hire one of our
candidates. If not, you owe us nothing.
